We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered and that the product will conform to the description as set out at the time of your order.

We will use reasonable measure to ensure the product is delivered in acceptable condition.

In order to provide you with a remedy for a faulty product, we may need you to provide information regarding the product, including and not limited to specifying with reasonable detail the way in which the alleged product is damaged or defective.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or any other delays outside the contract of sale.

Payments can be made with PayPal. This is to ensure safe online shopping experience  for our customers. Highly recommended.

Alternatively, you can make a Direct Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Return Policy

We value our costumers and It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. In the event that a product is faulty or does not meet the required standards, we will give you a full refund for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition.
 Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition will either not be refunded or replenishing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
